Project Overview

The City of Philadelphia, Division of Aviation’s Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEP) On-Call contracts are in place to manage the projects of the Capital Improvement Program at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Philadelphia Northeast Airport (PNE).

Envision provided project management, claims analysis, litigation support, cost estimating, scheduling, tenant inspection, and related support services for various projects at PHL and PNE. Assignments included design and construction engineering services for various task orders. The Envision team participated in preconstruction and progress meetings, coordinated with the DOA Project Manager, provided the DOA Project Manager with daily verbal and written progress reports, reviewed design documents and provided comments, participated in site inspections.
