Project Overview

Mayfair Elementary School is a second home to students ranging from Kindergarten to 8th grade. In recent years, the school has consistently increased its enrollment numbers. This encouraging sign prompted the School District of Philadelphia to renovate the school and create more space for the incoming students.

This project includes the construction of a new cafeteria as well as additional classrooms. It is a multi-prime (4) contract that is led by the General Contractor. The new space will play a crucial role in accommodating the growing student population.

Envision developed the Master Baseline CPM Schedule for this project, and provided monthly updates for the duration of the project. Envision also evaluated the time impact analysis for potential delays.
