Delaware River Port Authority, PATCO Station Floor Upgrades

Delaware River Port Authority, PATCO Station Floor Upgrades

Project Overview

The $1.1M flooring system upgrades at PATCO’s 8th & Market, 9th & Locust, 12th/13th & Locus, and 15th/16th & Locus stations in the City of Philadelphia consisted of removing and preparing the existing epoxy floors to receive a new finish, including minor and major floor cracks. Following preparation, a new floor finish consisting of an epoxy coating and urethane topcoat with non-skid additives was installed within 120 calendars days during low ridership periods (nights and weekends).

Envision provided construction inspection services for the PATCO Station Floor Upgrades.
