City of Philadelphia, Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD), Owner’s Representative

Project Overview

Within Philadelphia, there are more than 400 neighborhood parks, recreation centers and libraries.  Rebuild is a public private partnership made possible by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax.  Rebuild seeks to improve pivotal community spaces, empower and engage communities, and promote economic opportunity through diversity and inclusion.

Through its projects, Rebuild will: make physical improvements to parks, recreation centers, and libraries; promote diversity and economic inclusion; support minorities and women who work (or want to work) in the design and construction industries; engage with community members to leverage their knowledge, power, and expertise; community feedback will inform the improvements that are made to facilities.

As a WBE-Prime with significant experience and a portfolio of successful public sector program and project delivery, Envision is providing program management, design, construction technical advisory services and management of subconsultants to support delivery of the $400M+ capital project portfolio of recreation centers, parks, playgrounds and libraries. Envision personnel are integrating into the Rebuild Program to work with government and non-profit organizations, while demonstrating high-levels of competence, creativity and experience in oversight, design, planning, management and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
