Project Overview

This five (5) year on-call contract is intended to provide construction management support services which will be issued on an as required basis through individual task orders. The following sub-regions are included as part of this on-call contract: Western New England, New York State (Ex NYC), New Jersey, Philadelphia to Delaware Harrisburg, PA, Washington and Oregon Northern California and Oakland.

Since 2019, Envision has supported the following on-call task orders:

• Clark to Hamilton Constant Tension Upgrade
• CT River Bridge Timber Replacement
• PM/CM Estimating and Scheduling Program
• Capital Delivery Cost Engineering Support

Envision is providing cost estimating and CPM scheduling services including schedule narratives, project master schedule development, procurement schedule, and project cost summaries.
