Project Overview

As part of ECMS E05450, a non-project specific, open-end contract to assist PennDOT in project management oversight of Multimodal Transportation rail and transit capital projects, the Envision team is providing Project Management and Administration, Construction Management Oversight, Rail Engineering, Rail Feasibility Studies, Design Reviews, Value Engineering, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, and Rail-to-Trail Feasibility and Engineering Analysis for PennDOT’s Bureau of Rail, Freight, Ports, & Waterways.
