Project Overview

The NJTA’s Bridge Superstructure and Median Barrier Reconstruction Milepost 74.3 to 76.5 project consists of work on the New Jersey Turnpike. The project involves the reconstruction of structures 74.31 and 74.39 as well as median barrier reconstruction and includes implementation of lane shifts or traffic detours, bridge deck and parapet reconstruction, structural steel repairs, repainting of structural steel, bearing replacement, concrete repairs, high performance concrete in deck, parapet, and median barrier, joint reconstruction, roadway and under-bridge lighting, roadway resurfacing, drainage improvements, beam guide rail upgrades and improvements, emergency and routine repairs under cost plus compensation, and other incidental work. Work will require the installation of concrete barrier, temporary traffic control devices, and other incidental work on the Turnpike between milepost 74.3 and 76.5 in Middlesex County.

Envision is responsible for CPM scheduling services. Specifically, Envision is responsible for review of the baseline schedule, review of the follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule and reporting of progress and technical modifications that were not included within the update narrative. Forensic analysis of all technical changes is accomplished through the use of Deltek Acumen analytical software.
