Project Overview

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s contract No. T100.588, Bridge Deck and Superstructure Reconstruction, Milepost 35.5 to 44.1 consists of work on the New Jersey Turnpike. The project includes bridge deck and superstructure reconstruction of various structures on the New Jersey Turnpike, priority repairs of Structure No. 35.53 NS, bridge deck reconstruction of Structure No. 43.56 and superstructure replacement of Structure Nos. 37.02A and 44.05A. Work requires the installation of concrete barrier, temporary traffic control devices and other incidental work between Milepost 35.5 and 44.1.

Envision is serving as a sub-consultant to Dewberry and is providing CPM scheduling services. Envision is responsible for review of the baseline schedule, review of the follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule and reporting of progress and technical modifications that were not included within the update narrative. Forensic analysis of all technical changes is accomplished through the use of Deltek Acumen analytical software.
