Project Overview

The NJTA’s Parkway Bridge Deck and Superstructure Reconstruction Milepost 124.4 to 128.1 project involves work on six bridges, structure Nos. 124.4NO, No. 124.5SO, 124.5SI, 124.6NI, 128.0A and No. 128.0B. The project involves complex MPT, blast cleaning and repainting bridges, utility coordination, electrical upgrades, containment and proper disposal of hazardous waste produced during the painting process, repairing deck spalls; repairing and reconstructing deck joints; removing asphalt surfacing; placing new membrane waterproofing; resurfacing approach roadways and bridge decks; pavement striping; substructure repairs; structural steel repairs; temporary stringer support; bearing replacement; emergency and routine bridge repairs under cost plus compensation; all necessary traffic control, and local agency coordination; other incidental work on various structures; and all other work required in the successful prosecution of the work. The work in this contract is concentrated between Milepost 124 and 128 in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Envision is serving as a sub-consultant to GPI and is responsible for CPM Scheduling services. Specifically, Envision is responsible for the development of the baseline schedule with follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule.
