New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Interchange 18E Express E-Z Pass and 16E Improvements Contract T300.489

Project Overview

This project consisted of the supervision of construction services for Contract No. T300.489, Interchange 18E Express E-Z Pass and 16E Improvements, Milepost E110.4 to E114.5 to ensure that the contract is constructed in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications. The estimated construction cost is approximately $20M. The work to be performed consists of the removal of a portion of the existing Interchange 16E/18E Toll Plaza, construction of Express E-Z Pass roadways for both the SNE and NSE Roadways, the construction of eight (8) sign structures, reconstruction of the existing storm water drainage system including new trench drains, roadway lighting, and new striping.

Envision was responsible for CPM scheduling services, including review and approval of the project baseline CPM schedule. Monthly CPM schedule updates were reviewed and analyzed and detailed review reports were provided.
