Project Overview
The work performed under Contract No. P500.486 consisted of the construction of two pre-engineered metal storage buildings, one for Roadway Maintenance items storage and the other for Print Shop material storage with access control and alarm management system and closed-circuit television system at Garden State Parkway Maintenance District No. 5 (PMD 5), Township of Holmdel, Monmouth County, NJ. The project also involved construction of full depth pavement, site grading, construction of a storm water management system and environmental mitigation work. The estimated construction cost is approximately $4M.
The work performed under Contract No. P500.505 consisted of the renovation of the existing Print Shop Building (also referred to as NJTA Building No. 265, Central Inventory Warehouse Building) to create expanded area for the Authority’s printing activities and production. Portions of the existing warehouse area space were renovated to accommodate several office personnel. Renovations included removal of selected interior walls and buildout of new office and production areas, upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities, full roof replacement, exterior refinishing and security system upgrades. A sump pump system was also installed in the basement of the building. The estimated construction cost is approximately $3M.
Envision was responsible for CPM scheduling services, including the development of the baseline schedule with follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule.
