Project Overview

The Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Final Sedimentation Tank Improvements Project focused on erosion and sedimentation protection for a total of 12 sedimentation tanks. Work included demolition and installation of existing sludge collection equipment, rehabilitation of chain and flight in the collector’s gearbox and motor, installation of protective linings to repair rebar and concrete cracks, demolition and installation of baffle panels, demolition of the existing imbedded cast-iron ring and cover, filling of the 2” sample lines to the galleries with grout, and the demolition and installation of new concrete pavement and curbs.

Envision was responsible for CPM scheduling services, including the development of the baseline schedule with follow-up monthly progress updates to the baseline schedule.
