Tom brings over 14 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, and Operations to his role as Director of Cost Estimating. He combines technical expertise with a strong focus on team cohesion and operational efficiency.

Tom leads a team of cost experts focused on delivering complex design and construction projects across multiple sectors, including both horizontal and vertical initiatives. As a seasoned Project and Safety Manager, Tom provides safety and construction management oversight for clients along the NEC.

His ability to anticipate operational challenges and integrate real-world risk factors and implications ensures projects are delivered with precision and accountability.
