Tom brings extensive experience in Project Management, Planning, and Operations to his role as Director of Cost Estimating. He combines technical expertise with a strong focus on team cohesion and operational efficiency.
Tom leads a team of cost experts focused on delivering complex design and construction projects across multiple sectors, including both horizontal and vertical footprints. He manages high visibility projects from kickoff through bid documentation, overseeing budgets, staffing, quality control, and client relations. As a seasoned Project and Safety Manager, Tom also provides Safety Management and Construction Management Oversight services for clients and teaming partners across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
His ability to anticipate operational challenges and integrate real-world risk factors and implications ensures projects are delivered with precision and accountability.
