Carol leads Envision’s learning and workforce development initiatives, setting the vision for programs that build technical expertise, strengthen leadership skills, and advance organizational performance. She designs and delivers training that empowers teams to operate at the highest level, translating intricate engineering and project management concepts into actionable knowledge.

Carol develops programs that combine technical precision with practical application, enabling teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. Through hands-on mentorship and leadership, she fosters a culture of continuous learning that strengthens performance and enhances professional growth.

Community Involvement: Carol is an elected official in her hometown, located in Pennsylvania, and is heavily involved as a volunteer for multiple local organizations.
