Jamaal brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the rail and transit industry to Envision. A former President and CEO of NJ TRANSIT’s Hudson-Bergen Light Rail System’s operator, Jamaal is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with expertise in both passenger and freight operations.

Throughout his career, Jamaal’s leadership roles at Conrail and RCS Transportation have given him a unique perspective on delivering major capital improvement projects and programs. To this end, he excels at coordinating with diverse stakeholders and is highly adept at navigating complex regulatory environments while fostering collaboration among project teams.

Jamaal is known for leveraging his considerable operations and engineering knowledge to provide insight into project constructability and ensuring that project delivery considers all appropriate impacts.
