Michael’s “Mike” role centers on how construction efforts are planned and carried out as projects move into active phases. Overseeing the firm’s Program and Construction Management (PM/CM) department, Mike supports work for public and private clients.

Mike’s extensive construction experience shapes his approach to project execution. He maintains open communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams, while coordinating subcontractors and long-lead equipment to keep programs on track.

Mike identifies the strengths of project managers and positions them to lead with confidence. By cultivating accountability and discipline across teams, he ensures work is completed consistently and on time.  His guidance influences how Envision executes programs and positions the firm to succeed on ambitious, large-scale assignments.

Within the firm, Mike provides guidance to construction professionals as they take on greater responsibility. His mentorship supports consistent practices across initiatives and contributes to the ongoing growth and capability of the PM/CM group.
