Stephen “Steve” has decades of experience in scheduling, project controls, and risk management, supporting complex programs nationwide. In his role as senior advisor, he helps maintain high standards of quality control across project management work and provides guidance on schedule and budget considerations. His oversight allows the firm to advise agencies proactively when adjustments may be needed, helping projects stay on track before challenges arise.

Steve works closely with internal teams and project partners to address technical and operational challenges while maintaining transparency for owners and stakeholders.
