Trevor brings clarity and direction to Envision’s operations, overseeing the systems that support the firm’s finance, accounting, marketing, and project delivery functions. He connects daily operations with strategic planning, giving teams the structure and information they need as the firm grows and takes on new opportunities.
Trevor brings teams together with clarity and purpose. He led the implementation of the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, creating a reliable structure for budgeting, resource planning, invoicing, and reporting that supports both day-to-day execution and long-term success.
His leadership style is shaped by discipline and accountability, informed by early field experience and refined through years of hands-on leadership. Trevor listens closely, makes informed decisions, and sets expectations that allow teams to operate with confidence and consistency.
Envision’s operational and financial functions remain closely tied to the firm’s strategic goals with Trevor’s direction. His role is central to how the company delivers for clients, supports its people, and manages the demands of a growing organization.
