Victoria “Vicki” leads Envision by setting a clear vision for where the firm is headed and guiding the changes needed to support sustainable growth. Under her leadership, Envision has grown into a respected woman-owned consulting firm known for deliberate, thoughtful delivery and long-term client trust.

Vicki brings deep experience in the AEC industry and applies it with a practical, forward-looking mindset. She identifies strengths across the organization and aligns people to position teams and programs for long-term success, shaping how Envision competes and grows in an evolving industry. Her leadership guides Envision to secure major programs and positions the firm for the future of work.

She challenges teams to think beyond what is comfortable, streamline how work gets done, and build structures that support the firm’s trajectory. Supporting the development of future industry leaders remains an important part of her role, with active involvement in mentorship and industry engagement rooted in the belief that strong firms contribute to a stronger profession.
