Envision Consultants, Ltd. Welcomes New Hires and Summer Interns

May 24, 2024 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. (Envision) continues its trajectory of consistent growth with the recent addition of four new professionals and five summer interns.

Founded in 1994, Envision is a woman owned small business headquartered in Mullica Hill, New Jersey with an office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Over the past three decades in business, Envision’s portfolio has expanded with a wide variety of projects and is continually growing as a company. Part of Envision’s long-term strategy for growth is to attract professionals that are at the top of their fields and have extensive experience in their respective disciplines. Collectively, they add a valuable depth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Envision is also excited to attract five accomplished students as interns this summer, all of whom are currently attending Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and anticipate graduating next year. Said interns are the inaugural class of “Envision University”, a new program offered by Envision to provide a comprehensive overview of project and construction management while mentoring junior professionals to grow within their careers.

Kim Kane, Project Administrator, has extensive administrative management experience, designing trans-institutional projects in education, research, grants, creative placemaking, and community engagement environments. Ms. Kane is a former faculty member of Vanderbilt University, and earned her B.S. in Design from Drexel University.

Ryan Fay, Project Controls Engineer, is an aspiring engineer with a broad scope of skills and talents that range from electrical to landscape construction and design. Mr. Fay specializes in storm water management and watershed engineering, and has hands-on experience as a Residential Electrician. He earned his B.S. in Biochemistry and is currently earning his M.S in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University.

Lisa Pignataro, Cost Estimator II, is a mechanical estimating professional with more than 30 years of experience. Ms. Pignataro has vast hands-on knowledge of building budgets, planning, and managing operations. She earned her A.A in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College and her B.S. in Business Management from Immaculata University.

Robert Peruzzi, Project Manager, has more than 20 years of experience in construction across a wide range of industries including healthcare, life sciences, industrial, higher education, and institutional sectors. He earned his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.

Isabella Battaglia, Marketing Intern with a concentration in Marketing, specializes in social media, digital marketing and video production. Ms. Battaglia is a member of the Women in Business Club and the American Marketing Association (AMA). Ms. Battaglia is a part of Rowan University’s “Degree in 3” program where she will graduate with her undergraduate degree in three years and pursue her MBA thereafter.

Justin Dougherty, Project Controls Intern, is currently studying Electrical Engineering. Mr. Dougherty earned his A.S. in Engineering Science from Rowan College of South Jersey in 2023, and is a former member of the National Honor Society.

Noel Friedlander, Project Controls Intern with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering, specializes in mechanical design and basic machining. Ms. Friedlander is also MATLAB Onramp Certified to analyze science and engineering data.

Ryan Ostrowski, Project Controls Intern, is currently studying Civil Engineering. Mr. Ostrowski is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has served as an Engineer’s Assistant for a local consulting firm.

Christopher Rios, Project Controls Intern, is currently studying Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Rios, is a student designer and active member of the Robotics Automation Society (RAS), where he uses SolidWorks software for robotic designs and modeling.
