May 2, 2021 – Envision Consultants, Ltd. has been selected by The City of Philadelphia to provide Owner’s Representative Services for Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD)

Envision is honored to be selected by the City of Philadelphia’s Managing Director’s Office to provide Owner’s Representative Services for Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD). Envision will provide program management, design and construction technical advisory services to support delivery of a $400M+ capital project portfolio of recreation centers, parks, playgrounds and libraries. Envision, working with Rebuild and government/non-profit organizations, will demonstrate high levels of competence, creativity and experience in oversight, design, planning, management and coordination of multiple projects at once. Envision will also provide Rebuild with expertise in program management, project implementation and oversight, and design and construction technical support services.

Envision understands the critical and imperative nature of being able to deliver at least 64 sites throughout the City over the next 3-5 years. Implementing the program management services concisely, effectively and quickly is our common mission. Envision understands the Rebuild Organization and has a history knowledge of working in tandem with city agencies. Envision’s team shares the passion for Rebuild initiative and for the neighborhoods we will be positively impacting.
