Professional Development Training: 

Envision designs and delivers structured training programs grounded in real-life experiences. We manage every aspect of the training process, from communicating with participants and creating personalized program booklets to ensuring a seamless training environment. Our Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) training staff has served on executive boards for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

Our process begins with a structured Needs Assessment to identify specific training and development requirements across targeted categories. Based on this data, we create detailed Needs Assessment Reports, which include recommendations for core courses tailored to each level. From there, we develop a Comprehensive Training Plan that includes curricula, measurable and achievable learning outcomes, and methods of assessment. We also determine session titles, delivery formats (in-person or virtual), and recommended pacing.

Training programs typically begin with pre-work and pre-program participant activities, and conclude with a Post-Program Evaluation. This evaluation assesses each participant’s progress, mindset, and knowledge growth, helping to measure the overall effectiveness and impact of the program.
